Additional Information
Delta Phi Epsilon at Northeastern University began as a local sorority known as Lambda Phi Delta in 1967. Lambda Phi Delta was founded on the ideals of sister unity, scholarship, school spirit, freedom, maturity of thought, and community enrichment. They later sought a national sorority that embodied the same ideals. Delta Phi Epsilon was their answer. The first pledge class of 14 women was initiated on January 19, 1969, and they received an official charter on March 30, 1969, making them the first national sorority at Northeastern and the first chapter of Delta Phi Epsilon in Boston. Your generous donation will support that proud legacy and help the chapter continue to foster their sisterhood on campus.
